LAS VEGAS, September 1, 2021— Lexicon Bank, Nevada’s community-focused banking partner, is proud to spotlight St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital ® this September during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Lexicon Bank will be supporting St. Jude with a cash donation, as an official sponsor of the 30 ways in 30 days initiative, and by participating in their virtual Walk/Run 5k on September 25th.

The St. Jude Walk/Run 5k is an inspiring, family-friendly event that unites people across the nation behind the lifesaving mission of St. Jude to find cures and save children. 

This partnership with St. Jude is a part of the Lexicon Bank Community Spotlight program, a monthly initiative that highlights local non-profit organizations that are making a difference in the Southern Nevada community.

Treatments invented at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital ®, where families never receive a bill for anything, have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago. Through continued research and treatment, St. Jude is dedicated to making sure no child dies from cancer.
