JOB SUMMARY:
The Relationship Manager (“RM”) is responsible for originating quality assets while supporting the Company’s goals for portfolio and deposit growth. The RM builds and manages a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships to ensure retention and expansion. This role also assists in monitoring delinquencies, collections, appraisals, environmental assessments, credit reviews, and loan grading functions to ensure the Bank maintains sound credit practices.
JOB TITLE: Business Development Officer I/II/III

JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Development Officer (“BDO”) is responsible for sourcing and developing new relationships for the Bank using various sales and marketing techniques to continue to expand the Bank’s client base. The BDO is a lead generator using various personal and professional sources to search out new opportunities for Bank products. The BDO will hand off opportunities to various relationship managers (or similar) in the Bank to continue to have the bandwidth to generate new business.
JOB TITLE: Loan Documentation Processor I/II/III
DEPARTMENT: Lending
REPORTS TO: Chief Credit Officer
JOB SUMMARY:
Lexicon Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Documentation Processor to join our Lending team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate loan documentation, supporting daily loan servicing, boarding and maintaining loans, securing collateral, monitoring insurance and property taxes, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and applicable state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate has at least five years of loan documentation experience, strong knowledge of lending products and collateral requirements, experience with LaserPro, and excellent communication and client service skills.
