The Commercial Loan Underwriter (“CLU”) is responsible for producing complete and accurate Credit Memorandums for loan approval consideration and to assist the loan production team in managing the loan portfolios for Lexicon Bank (the “Company”).

JOB SUMMARY:
The Relationship Manager (“RM”) is responsible for originating quality assets while supporting the Company’s goals for portfolio and deposit growth. The RM builds and manages a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships to ensure retention and expansion. This role also assists in monitoring delinquencies, collections, appraisals, environmental assessments, credit reviews, and loan grading functions to ensure the Bank maintains sound credit practices.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Small Business Administration Business Development Officer (“SBA BDO”) is responsible for sourcing, developing, and expanding client relationships for Lexicon Bank through targeted sales and marketing strategies. Serving as a lead generator, the SBA BDO leverages personal and professional networks to identify new SBA Commercial Real Estate (“CRE”) opportunities for the Bank. This role works closely with the Credit Department and/or designated Loan Service Provider (LSP) to source, package, and support the underwriting, closing, and funding of SBA transactions. Following loan closings, the SBA BDO collaborates with internal Bank teams to generate additional business opportunities, particularly new deposit relationships from SBA clients.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Credit Administrator is responsible for overseeing the Bank’s credit administration functions to ensure safe, sound, and compliant management of the loan portfolio. This role supports the Chief Credit Officer by administering credit policies, monitoring portfolio quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, performing stress tests of the loan portfolio, and coordinating credit-related reporting and governance. The position requires strong knowledge of commercial lending, credit risk management, and regulatory expectations.

JOB SUMMARY:
While the Risk Officer (“RO”) reports directly to the Director of Operations and Compliance with occasional directives relayed to them from the Executive Management Team as is relates to supporting the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program by overseeing policy governance, enterprise risk assessments, vendor risk management, reporting, and audit and regulatory issue tracking. This role partners with business, policy, vendor, and issue owners to ensure timely updates, regulatory alignment, and effective risk mitigation.
The RO prepares risk reporting for executive management and the Board, supports internal and external audits, and regulatory examinations, and promotes a strong risk culture across the organization. The RO assist with the monitoring of compliance and risk with all applicable state and federal banking regulations while upholding Lexicon Bancorp and Lexicon Bank (collectively the “Company”) values of integrity and responsible corporate behavior.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Client Experience Specialist (“CES”) is responsible for delivering an exceptional, welcoming, and seamless experience for all clients and guests visiting a Lexicon Bank (the “Bank”) location. Serving as the first point of contact in the lobby, this role plays a key part in setting the “Lexicon” experience: professional, welcoming, clean, and organized, and client-focused with a keen sense of high-level service, speed, and accessibility – consistent with our core values.
The CES ensures that the lobby and all client service areas and environments, including but not limited to conference rooms, coffee stations, and client drink stations, are consistently well-maintained and inviting. Supports daily branch operations and facilitates connections between clients and team members for in-person appointments. Through attentiveness, professionalism, and strong organizational skills, the CES helps create a positive impression that reflects the Bank’s commitment to service excellence.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resources (HR) Administrator manages day-to-day human resources operational processes to support accurate recordkeeping, compliance, and efficient HR program execution. The role exercises independent judgment within established policies and procedures and serves as the primary internal administrator for HR operations, while escalating employee relations, legal, or policy-interpretation matters to the outsourced HR department or executive leadership as appropriate. The role reports directly to the President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with functional coordination provided by the Senior Executive Assistant. The HR Administrator serves as the initial operational point of contact with the outsourced HR Department but does not provide team member relations advice, conduct investigations, or make disciplinary decisions.
