Nabor Torres has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Intelligence & Marketing Director. In his role, Nabor has been instrumental in advancing Lexicon Bank’s data-driven strategy and brand presence, leveraging analytics and market insights to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth. His leadership continues to strengthen the Bank’s ability to serve clients with innovative, insight-led solutions.

Mindy Kermes has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Senior Lead Relationship Manager. Mindy is known for her deep commitment to client relationships and her ability to deliver tailored financial solutions. Her leadership and expertise have been instrumental in growing our Lexicon Bank brand in the Henderson community

Ray Lucero has also been promoted to Senior Vice President, Senior Lead Relationship Manager. Ray brings extensive experience and a client-first approach to his role, consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership and a strong dedication to helping businesses and individuals achieve their financial goals. His promotion reflects his passion for Business clients, and is evident by the mentorship and development he fosters within the Lexicon Bank team.
