2021 Community Spotlights were supported through advocacy, volunteerism and/or a cash donation. This year’s recipients included:

  • Nevada Ballet Theatre, January 2021

  • American Heart Association, February 2021

  • The Center, March 2021

  • Collaboration Center Foundation/Grant a Gift Autism Foundation, April 2021

  • Susan G. Komen, October 2021

  • HopeLink of Southern Nevada, November 2021

  • Injured Police Officer’s Fund (IPOF), December 2021

Lexicon Bank is proud to continue the Community Spotlight program in 2022 and is welcoming nominations from the community for non-profits to spotlight. Nominations can be made online at lexiconbank.com. Selections will be made in January based on availability and alignment with Lexicon Bank’s mission and vision.

“With both a banking team and board of directors full of philanthropists and active community members, the entire Bank is extremely proud of our Community Spotlight program,” said Diana Bennett, Lexicon Bank Board of Directors Marketing Chair. “One of our core mission statements is to unleash the economic potential of Southern Nevada, and we believe that partnering with local non-profits monthly brings us much closer to fulfilling this mission.”

Lexicon Bank is honoring this month’s Community Spotlight, the International Police Officer’s Fund (IPOF), with their own tree at Opportunity Village’s Magical Forest, advocacy, and a cash donation in honor of Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Micha May who tragically lost his life on duty earlier this year.
