SECURITY ALERT
Security Alert: Fraudulent Texts and Calls Posing as Lexicon Bank
Dear Valued Lexicon Bank Client,
We want to alert you to a fraudulent text message and phone call scam in which someone is impersonating Lexicon Bank and targeting members of our community.
What’s Happening:
- Bad actors are making spoofed phone calls that may appear to come from Lexicon Bank’s main phone number or a Lexicon Bank team member. These calls are not from Lexicon Bank.
- Clients may receive a text message containing a link during or after the call.
- Do not click links in unexpected text messages or provide sensitive information in response to an unexpected phone call or text.
If you receive a suspicious call or text, please hang up and contact Lexicon Bank directly using our official phone number. These communications are not legitimate and are designed to trick you into revealing personal or business information.
Lexicon Bank Will Never:
- Ask for your login credentials, full Social Security Number, account numbers, or Company ID via text, phone, or email.
- Send unsolicited messages requesting sensitive personal or business information.
- Make verification calls from unauthorized individuals or third parties.
If You Receive a Suspicious Text or Call:
- Do not respond.
- Do not provide any information.
- Do not trust caller ID alone — phone numbers can be spoofed.
- Report it immediately to customerservice@lexiconbank.com or call us at 702.780.7700.
Your security is our top priority. As a precaution, we encourage all clients to review their recent account activity and consider updating their Lexicon Bank passwords. Thank you for your continued trust in Lexicon Bank.
Warm Regards,
Hilary Nelson, CRCM
