Founded in 2016 by Las Vegas native and former NFL player Brandon Marshall, the Williams-Marshall Cares Leadership Program (WMC) envisions a future where all youth are empowered to unleash their potential and equipped with the skills and inspiration to become positive role models and community leaders. The programs of WMC adhere to seven core values: HARD WORK, DEDICATION, LOYALTY, PERSEVERANCE, INTEGRITY, HONESTY, AND RESPECT.

The Williams-Marshall Cares Leadership Program envisions a future where youth are empowered to unleash their potential, equipped with the skills and inspiration to become positive role models and community leaders. Our mission is to inspire and prepare youth athletes and future leaders for a lifelong commitment to service, integrity, and community leadership.
