JA Biztown Adventure Client Form

Use this form is to request Lexicon Bank client access to the JA BizTown Adventure Simulation. All information must be filled in to setup the simulation for student. Once Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada has received this form, you will receive login instructions for your child typically within 72 hours.

By submitting this form, the parent or guardian of the student accepts all responsibility for their child’s participation in the program and further acknowledges that the simulation is not monitored by Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada, Inc., and its affiliates, sponsors, or board of directors. JA BizTown Adventures content is designed for upper elementary aged students. Although we do our best include content acceptable to all ages and demographics, by participating in the simulation you agree to accessing the content on the simulation and agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your child’s activity.
