Lexicon Bank Promotes Cathy LaCour to Senior Vice President

LAS VEGAS (January 22, 2025) – Lexicon Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Cathy LaCour to Senior Vice President. Since joining Lexicon Bank in December 2022 as VP/Credit Manager, Cathy has made significant contributions to the growth and success of the bank’s credit operations. She has played a vital role in driving Lexicon Bank's loan growth throughout her tenure, consistently bringing valuable new business opportunities to the organization. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping and strengthening our credit and loan processing teams, which thrive under her expert guidance and direct supervision, embodying the high standards and personalized service that define Lexicon Bank.

Cathy brings over two decades of commercial lending, credit management, and portfolio growth expertise. Her career includes leading roles at financial institutions such as Bank of Nevada, Bank of George, and Silver State Schools Credit Union. Notably, she grew a commercial loan portfolio from $8 million to nearly $35 million in just two years and managed portfolios exceeding $75 million.

She is a CCIM Southern Nevada Chapter member and previously served as a board member and education chair for the Risk Management Association Las Vegas Chapter from July 2012 to June 2018. Cathy regularly volunteers with various non-profits in Southern Nevada, demonstrating her commitment to giving back to the community.
