Lexicon Bank’s Mindy Kermes Appointed to Henderson Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors

LAS VEGAS, NV – (July 1, 2026) - Lexicon Bank is proud to announce that Mindy Kermes, Senior Vice President and Senior Lead Relationship Manager, has been appointed to the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, reinforcing the bank's longstanding commitment to supporting Southern Nevada's business community and economic growth.

With more than 30 years of banking experience, including more than two decades in commercial banking, Kermes has built a reputation for helping businesses grow through personalized financial solutions and long-term relationships. In her role at Lexicon Bank, she engages with business owners throughout Southern Nevada, providing strategic lending, treasury management, and deposit solutions while also serving as a mentor and leader within the commercial banking team.

A Henderson resident and active Chamber member since 2009, Kermes has dedicated years of service to the organization and the local business community. She previously served two nonconsecutive terms as a Henderson Chamber Ambassador, graduated from Leadership Henderson in 2017, and has remained actively involved in Chamber events and initiatives. Her appointment to the Board of Directors reflects her continued commitment to advancing economic growth and strengthening the Henderson business community.
